How much does Safety Simple cost?
Flat $49/month for the whole company. No per-user fees, no annual contract, cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days free, no credit card required to start. After day 7, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to keep using the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in one click. Your data stays available read-only for 90 days so you can export it.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Not currently. We price for predictability — the same $49 every month, whether you're 2 people or 35.

What is Sully?
Sully is our AI EHS expert built specifically for construction. Ask any safety question in plain English ("do I need a permit for confined space entry in a vault?") and Sully responds with the answer plus the OSHA standard it's based on. Available 24/7.
Which trades are supported?
20+ construction trades including electricians, roofers, framers, concrete, plumbing, painters, scaffolders, HVAC, and small GCs. The underlying program library covers all OSHA 1926 Subparts.
Is Safety Simple bilingual?
Yes. Every written program, toolbox talk, and form is available in English and Spanish, side-by-side. Crews can toggle language on their phone.
Compliance
Will Safety Simple make me OSHA compliant?
Safety Simple gives you the written programs, training records, incident logs, and inspection-ready paperwork that OSHA requires. Compliance is a combination of paperwork AND field execution — we cover the paperwork side and make field execution easier, but the foreman still has to enforce the rules on site.
Do you cover state-plan OSHA states (Cal/OSHA, etc.)?
Our written programs satisfy federal OSHA. Most state plans (including Cal/OSHA) require at least federal-equivalent programs and our content meets that bar. Cal/OSHA-specific requirements like IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program) are on our roadmap.
Can I share my records with a GC or inspector?
Yes. Every program, training record, and audit can be exported as a branded PDF or shared via a read-only link. Most customers send one link to their GC instead of emailing 30 attachments.
Data & security
Who owns my data?
You do. Everything is encrypted, scoped to your company, and exportable as PDFs at any time. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI for other customers.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account moves to read-only for 90 days so you can export your records, then we permanently delete your data.
Where is the data stored?
U.S.-based enterprise cloud infrastructure (Supabase + Cloudflare). Daily backups, 99.9% uptime SLA. See our Security page for details.
Switching from another tool
Can I import data from Procore, SiteDocs, or SafetyCulture?
We can import historical OSHA 300 logs and training records via CSV — email support@getsafetysimple.com and we'll help. For written programs, we recommend re-generating them through our onboarding so they're tailored to your exact trade.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes to start getting compliant, with the system generating more for you from there. Most customers have their written programs and first toolbox talk ready the same afternoon.
